- Introduction to the wedding department in destination
- All invoicing and issuance of travel documents
- Support during & post travel as needed
Blue Skies: $499 +HST
Sunrise inclusions, plus:
- Negotiate group quotes with our vendors for up to 4 resorts
- Assistance with legal documentation
- Two hours of wedding planning assistance with us (via email, phone or zoom)
- Arranging one group excursion
The Sunset: $999 +HST
Sunrise & Blue Skies inclusions, plus:
- Negotiate group quotes with our vendors for up to 5 resorts
- Four hours of wedding planning assistance with us (via email, phone or zoom)
- $100 towards your 1 year anniversary trip booked with us, taken within 18 months.
- ‘Wedding Door knockers’ to hang on hotel room door handles for all your guests
- ‘Bon Voyage’ Starbucks coffee card valued at $25
- Dedicated Facebook group for you & your guests
- Co-ordinate an additional event such as a welcome party or morning-after brunch
A la Carte:
- Research, recommend & book 1 group excursion or additional event: $149 +HST
- One hour of wedding planning services: $99 +HST
- On-site wedding co-ordination: $149 +HST per day, plus travel costs
- Professional Destination Wedding photographer: Inquire for rates
- Certified Personal Trainer/Yoga Instructor: Bring one along to keep your group active!
